2732025年5月17日，在波光粼粼的东方体育中心，上海市实验学校国际部2025水上运动会如同一颗璀璨的水花，绽放出无尽的活力与激情！本届赛事特邀亚运会冠军张丹奕女士、世界杯冠军张潀女士担任专业解说员，并荣幸邀请亚运会冠军李斌先生、上海市水球协会会长石云峰先生、上海男子水球队主教练毛凌云先生、上海市青少年训练管理中心水球项目主管郑斯嘉女士等重量级嘉宾亲临现场，共同见证这场水上巅峰对决。这里是速度与技巧的战场，是团队与荣耀的舞台，每一滴水珠都跳跃着青春的旋律，每一次划动都激荡着梦想的力量。
个人项目：勇者的逐浪之旅
当发令声响起，泳池瞬间化作沸腾的海洋！看，小选手们如灵动的鱼儿，在水中穿梭自如。蛙泳的选手们，双腿有力地蹬夹，双臂划动出优美的弧线；自由泳的健儿们，如飞箭般破开水面，水花四溅；打腿选手们，虽稚嫩却充满斗志，用双腿击打出清脆的水花节奏。每一次呼吸，每一次摆臂，都是对自我的挑战，他们在水中书写着属于自己的勇敢篇章。
接力竞赛：团队的荣耀之舞
接力赛场上，团队的力量熠熠生辉！打腿接力、蛙泳接力、自由泳接力，每一棒的交接都是信任的传递，每一次出发都是对胜利的渴望。选手们紧密配合，前一棒的奋力冲刺，后一棒的迅猛出击，泳池上划过的一道道水痕，是他们团结协作的印记。观众的呐喊声、加油声，汇聚成一股无形的力量，推动着每一位选手向着终点飞驰！
水球激战：欢乐与热血的碰撞
全明星水球比赛与班级水球大战，将运动会推向了欢乐的高潮！泳池变身欢乐战场，选手们头戴鲜艳的泳帽，在水中奋勇拼搏。抢球、传球、射门！水花伴随着欢笑声飞溅，每一次精彩的进攻与防守，都引发阵阵欢呼。在这里，胜负不是唯一的追求，享受运动的快乐、团队协作的默契，才是最闪耀的光芒。
颁奖时刻：荣耀的光辉绽放
当颁奖仪式的音乐响起，所有的目光都聚焦在那闪耀的领奖台上。特邀嘉宾与上海市实验学校国际部领导及教师代表共同为获奖选手颁奖，共享荣耀时刻。汗水与努力，在这一刻化作沉甸甸的奖牌与奖杯。选手们脸上洋溢着自豪的笑容，那是对他们拼搏的最佳见证。台下的掌声如雷，既是对胜利者的祝贺，也是对每一位参与者的敬意。

In the sparkling Oriental Sports Centre, 2025 SESID Aquatics Championships ignited with boundless vitality and competitive passion on May 17, 2025! This event proudly featured Asian Games champion Ms. Zhang Danyi and World Cup champion Ms. Zhang Cong as professional commentators. We are also honored to have invited Asian Games champion Mr. Li Bin, Shanghai Water Polo Association President Mr. Shi Yunfeng, Shanghai Men’s Water Polo Team head coach Mr. Mao Lingyun, and Shanghai Youth Training Administration Water Polo Program Director Ms. Zheng Sijia as our distinguished guests to witness this splendid aquatic competition.The swimming pool became a battlefield of speed and skill, as well as a stage for teamwork and glory. Every drop of water danced with the melody of youth and every stroke stirred up the power of dream.
Individual Events: Fighters’ Journey through the Waves
At the starting signal, the swimming pool instantly turned into a splashing sea! Look, the young swimmers freely darted through the water like agile fish. Breaststroke swimmers forcefully drew beautiful arcs with each kick-and-glide. Freestyle swimmers splashed out of the water like arrows. Leg-kickers, less-experienced but full of fighting spirit, created the rhythmic splashes with their legs. Every breath and every swing of the arm was a challenge to the swimmers. The young fighters wrote their own chapters of bravery in the water.
Relay Races: Glory Dance of the Team
In the relay race, the power of team sparkled! Kickboard relay, breaststroke relay, freestyle relay, each relay transferred the pulses of trust, and each start burst the desire for victory. The swimmers cooperated in perfect harmony. The vigorous sprint of the previous leg, the swift start of the next one, along with the water ripples left on the swimming pool, were the imprints of their unity and collaboration. The audience’s shouts and cheering voices converged into an invisible force that propelled every swimmer towards the finish line!
Water Polo Competitions: Collision of Fun and Passion
The all-star water polo game and inter-class water polo battles brought the Championships to a joyful climax! The swimming pool became a battlefield of joy as players fought their way through the water in brightly colored swimming caps. Holding the ball, passing the ball and shooting the goal! Splashes of water accompanied by laughter, every brilliant attack and defense triggered a burst of cheers. Here, victory was not the only pursuit. It was the enjoyment of sports and harmonious teamwork that truly shone.
Awarding Moment: Radiance of Glory
As the music of the award ceremony began, all eyes were focused on the shining podium. Distinguished guests, together with the leaders and teacher representatives of SESID, presented awards to the winners. Sweat and hard work turned into medals and trophies at this moment. The proud smiles on the players’ faces were the best testimony to their tireless endeavor. The thunderous applause from the audience was not only the congratulations to the winners, but also the respect to every player.
2025 SESID Aquatics Championships is not only an aquatics carnival, but also a heartfelt tribute to courage, teamwork and dreams! Here, every child has the opportunity shine their own sparks, and every attempt leaves an indelible mark footprint of growth. Let’s look forward to the next championships and continue to chase our dreams and write more marvelous chapters in the blue waves!
