据市气象部门预测，台风“圆规”将于8月31日夜间至9月1日对本市产生明显风雨影响。为保证中小学生的安全和学校、幼儿园正常运行的需要，市政府决定全市各中小学、幼托园所（含各类职校）9月1日停课一天，9月2日正常上课。

According to the weather forecast, the typhoon “Compasses” will impact
on Shanghai from August, 31 to September, 1. For security reason,
Shanghai Government has decided that primary and middle school should
be temporary closed for one day.
Therefore, SESID will be no class on September, 1. Classes will begin
on September, 2.
